💰 India Post Payments Bank Executive Salary 2025
The selected candidates will receive a lump sum pay of ₹30,000/- per month inclusive of statutory deductions. Annual increment and performance-based incentives will be applicable as per IPPB norms. No additional allowances or bonuses will be paid.
📅 Tenure of Engagement- IPPB Executive Recruitment 2025
Engagement will be for 1 year, extendable up to 2 more years based on performance. The engagement is temporary and not eligible for regular absorption into IPPB.
📝 IPPB Executive Selection Process 2025
- Selection will be made based on merit – percentage of marks obtained in graduation.
- In case of tie, seniority in DoP service will be considered.
- The bank reserves the right to conduct an Online Test if required.
- Document verification and vigilance clearance are mandatory before final engagement.
