ଶହିଦ ମାଧୋ ସିଂହ ହାତ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ଯୋଜନା: ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ST ଛାତ୍ରମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଅର୍ଥିକ ସହଯୋଗ
ଶହିଦ ମାଧୋ ସିଂହ ହାତ ଖର୍ଚା ଯୋଜନା ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ଅନୁସୂଚିତ ଜାତି (ST) ଛାତ୍ରମାନଙ୍କୁ ଅର୍ଥିକ ସହାୟତା ଦେଇ ତାଙ୍କର ଶିକ୍ଷାକୁ ଅଗ୍ରଗତି ଦେବା ପାଇଁ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଛି। ଏହି ଯୋଜନା ଛାତ୍ରମାନଙ୍କର ଅଧ୍ୟାୟନକୁ ସହଜ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଅର୍ଥିକ ସହାୟତା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରେ।

Who Can Apply ?
To be eligible for the Sahid Madho Haath Kharcha Yojna, students must meet the following criteria:
- Scheduled Tribe Community: You must belong to the ST community.
- Resident of Odisha: You should be a permanent resident of Odisha.
- Income Limit: Your family’s annual income should not exceed Rs. 2,50,000.
- Education: You should be studying in a Government or Government-Aided High School or Higher Secondary School in Odisha.

- Applicant is eligible for Shahid Madho Singh Haath Kharcha Yojna in scholarship portal irrespective of applying/availing in any other department schemes.
How to Apply (Class IX Students)
- School Headmaster’s Role: The Headmaster of your school will access the Haath Kharcha Yojna section through their school’s login.
- Enter Student Details: The Headmaster will fill in your details, such as your name, caste certificate, income certificate, and bank account information.
- Document Upload: Required documents will be uploaded, including your caste and income certificates and bank passbook.
- Application Approval: After verification, the application will be sent to the department for final approval and payment.
How to Apply (Class XI Students)
- Principal’s Role: The Principal will access the Shahid Madho Singh Haath Kharcha Yojna section in their system.
- Auto-Population of Data: The details of eligible students will automatically be pulled from the SAMS database.
- Document Submission: The Principal will upload necessary documents such as your caste and income certificates and bank details.
- Approval Process: Once verified, the application will be forwarded for approval and payment processing.
Required Documents:
- Aadhaar Card of student
- Income Certificate of the Parent/ guardian
- Caste Certificate of the Student
- Copy of passbook of Bank account with account number and IFSC code of the bank branch
- Passport size Photograph of student
- Marksheet of last exam passed
Payment Under
- After approval, the incentive amount will be credited directly to your bank account via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) through the IFMS platform.
Key Points to Remember
- Aadhaar Verification: Duplicate applications will be avoided by checking your Aadhaar number.
- Extra Help: The Shahid Madho Singh Haath Kharcha Yojna provides financial assistance in addition to any other scholarships you may already be receiving.
- Private Schools: Students from private unaided schools are not eligible for this scheme.
